Expo Preview contains vital show information, product listings, seminar registration and other data to encourage attendance. It’s a great way for advertisers to invite attendees specifically to their booth and generate pre-show excitement. Advertisers also can use their ad to offer discounts or coupons to the expected 6,000 attendees. It is mailed to 14,000 qualified individuals in mid-June, three weeks prior to the show.
